ORDER PROCESSING

Do I need to create an account before placing an order?


It is not mandatory to create an account before placing an order. You may select guest checkout to place an order without an account.




Which payment methods do you accept?


We accept Visa, Master, Discover, and American Express in Paypal.




What currency will I be charged in?


The currency is automatically set as HKD.





SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?


For every pre-order within 2019, our products take up to 2 months to be produced as its 100% handmade with the finest quality and craftmanship. For Hong Kong, it may take up to 7 days to prepare and check the quality of your product before it can be shipped to you from the village. For other destinations, it may take up to 14 days.




What delivery options are avaliable?


We use SF express for Hong Kong local delivery, DHL and Hong Kong post for international orders.




When will my order be delivered?


On top of the processing time, you can expect 2-3 days for orders in Hong Kong and 12-15 days internationally.




Will I be charged for delivery fee?


We offer free delivery with a purchase of HKD 3500 or above for Hong Kong. And a delivery fee will be charged for international orders.





RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return for refund my item?


We do not currently accept returns for refunds. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchases before you complete your order.




Can I exchange my item?


If you would like to return your item, we are happy to offer you an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please be advised however that some items are not exchangeable.
